Mayo Egg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients of mayo egg sandwich:

Preparation
Step1.
First, cut
the cucumber and tomatoes in round shape.
Step 2.
Pour the oil
into the pan on medium flame. Make it hot and put the egg into it .sprinkle
some salt and black pepper as required .frying the egg and take it out onto the
plate.
Step 3:
Cut down the
bun into the two pieces .and Greece the pane with oil and make the bun hot
from both sides.
Step 4:
Spread the
mayonnaise and ketchup on the one side of the toasted bun then place a lettuce leaf
on it .after that place the slices of tomato and cucumber on it and
fry egg also. Again place the leaf of lettuce and put another side of the bun.
Step 5.
Now bun is
ready for serving one person. U also make many more sandwiches by using the same
method.
Tips:

If you are a cheese lover then You can also add cheese.
· Use any kind of vegetables that you like. For example carrots, cabbage, capsicum.
