Kitchen Cooking Secrets (KCS) presents a Special Olive Oil
Chicken Boti Recipe .it’s a very juicy and delicious recipe. This recipe made
with chicken breast (fillets).it’s a very low time taking recipe. Olive oil is
very healthy and one of the purest oils to cook, that’s why KCS using cooking
olive oil.

Green chili |

Black pepper |

Half cup |
Water |

Coriander leaves |
As required |
Ginger |

Method:
Step 1 :
Chopped garlic, onion, green chili together
by using a chopper and cut the chicken breast fillets into small cube shape
slices.
Step 2:
Pour half a cup olive
oil into the pot. Preheat the olive oil for a minute on a low flame.
Step 3 :
Add Chicken breast
cubes into the pot and fry on high to low flame until the chicken color will become changes.
Step 4 :
When a chicken
color changes to light golden color then add a chopped mixture of onion, garlic, and green chili. Mix well and cook for a minute stir with the help of a cooking
spoon until the onion has softened. After that add one glass of water to it. Cover
it and cook until Oil separate
Step 5 :
After that add
1tbs black pepper and 1tbs salt and coriander leaves as required and mix them
well. Fry for 2 minutes on low flame. Now yummy and juicy olive oil chicken
boti is ready.
