Today I am going to make a winter special dish salmon fish kabab with mozzarella cheese and extra yummy flavor to frying in butter. How to make salmon fish kabab?

Salmon Fish Kebab Recipe

Ingredients

Item                      Quantity

Fish                        700g

Green onion            as required

Coriander                leaves as required

Green chili              3 no.

Butter chunks         as required

Cheese                    Half cup

Salt                         1tbsp

Black pepper          ½ tsp

Fish masala            1tbsp

PROCEDURE:

Step 1: Chopped the green onion and coriander leave and green chilies after that mix them with salmon fish pieces. Add mozzarella cheese and chopped them very well.

Step 2: Add spices and mix well set aside for 5 minutes and after that shape the mixture into a circle. You can shape them by using any shaper or bottle cover or by hands it’s your choice.

Step3: Take a pan preheat for a minute coat the kebabs with any all-purpose flour and fry them high to low flame with butter.

Step 4: Now yummy salmon fish kebabs are ready to be served.
