How to make crunchy and crispy palak
pakora Recipe for tea time or rainy season …….
Ingredients:
1.
Gram
flour
(1 cup)
2.
Onion
(1
big size)
3.
Spinach
leaves (1
cup chopped)
4.
Baking
powder (half
teaspoon)
5.
Salt
(1tbs)
as Required
6.
Red
chilly (1tbs)
7.
Dry pomegranate seeds (1tbs)
8.
Gram
Masala (1tbs)
9.
Coriander
Powder (1tbs)
10.
Oil (as
Required)
11.
Water
(as
required)
پکوڑا بنانے کا طریقہ
اجزاء:
1. بیسن
2. پیاز
3. پالک
4. بیکنگ پاؤڈر
5. نمک
6. سرخ مرچ
7. انار دانا
8. گرم مسالہ
9. دھنیا پاؤڈر (1 چمچ)
10. تیل (ضرورت کے مطابق)
11. پانی (ضرورت کے مطابق)
Preparation of Palak Pakora
Recipe:
1.
First chop Spinach leaves
2.
Cut the onion into slices.
3.
Take a big bowl for Preparing
Mixture.
4.
Add chopped spinach leaves
with onion sliced.
5.
Add Gram Flour.
6.
Add spices like (Baking
powder (half tsp), Salt (1tbs) as Required, Red chilly (1tbs), Dry pomegranate seeds (1tbs),
Gram Masala (1tbs), Coriander Powder (1tbs)).
7.
Mix
well, all ingredients.
8.
Add
some Water (as required) and after that mix well with hand make sure it’s not
very thin or thick.
9.
Take
frying pan add cooking oil to it and leave it for 2 min (preheat).
10.
After
that put mixture with spoon one by one. (Medium Flame)
11.
Turn
pakora frequently side by side.
12.
Keep
frying until golden. (Low Flame)
13.
Drain
pakora by using kitchen tissue
Important Secret
Tips:
During mixture add water gradually as
required (the mixture is not very thin).
For more crunchy add rice floor during
mixing.
Make Sure Your flame should be low while
frying.
