Salmon fish Fry Recipe

Ingredients                 Items Quantity 

Fish                             700g 
Coriander powder       1tbsp 
Red chili powder        1 and ½ tbsp 
Salt                             1 tbsp 

Turmeric powder       1 tsp 
Lemon juice               2 tbsp 
Garlic paste               1 tbsp 
Ginger paste              1 tbsp 
Ajwain                      1 tbsp 
Garam masala           1 tbsp 
Cornflour                   5 tbsp 
Oil                             As Required 

Procedure 

Marination process: 

• Take one bowl pour cornflour into it, after that add all spices (mentioned in ingredients) to cornflour and mix well by hand. 
• Now add gradually water to make a paste .make sure the paste is not very thick or thin. 
• Add the fish pieces to the paste. Take aside for 30 minutes. Frying 

Process:

• Take a deep pot .pour the cooking oil into it. 
• Preheat the oil on a low flame. When the oil turns hot add fish pieces. • Deep fry the fish on low flame until it’s completely cooked inside and outside.
