KARAHI WITH BUTTER GHEE RECIPE

How to make beef karahi? Today we are making the best beef karahi with butter ghee. It is super delicious and mouthwatering. Usually, people make it for lunch or dinner. I use pure butter ghee with extra yummy flavor.

Procedure
Step 1:
Take a 600 g beef cut into cubes and wash properly. Now prepare all ingredients to be used during cooking.
Step2:
Take a pressure cooker put the beef into it. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and 1 glass of water. Mix well all of them lock the pressure cooker and leave it for 5 minutes to cook .after 5 minutes let it pressure cooker cool and remove the nozzle of pressure cooker .take out the beef into pot and if the water still into it then also use during cooking.
Step 3:
Take another pan pour cooking oil into it after preheating the oil add chopped tomatoes to it on low flame. Cover it for 2 minutes on low flame after the tomatoes are become soft then remove the skin from them. Cook for a minute now add 1 tsp turmeric powder 1tbs coriander powder mix and fry them.
Step 4:
Add boiled beef and mix into the masala and fry on low to high flame. Gradually add water when you need it during frying. After frying for 3 minutes add beef karahi masala. Fry 8 to 10 minute’s very well .now add butter ghee into it and fry for a minute. Add green chilies mix and fry.
Step 5:
Delicious and juicy beef karahi with butter ghee is ready. Now you can garnish with coriander leaves and ginger slices and serve with roti or chapatti.
