Preparation:
- Pour oil into the pan as required on medium heat.
- When oil is hot Add chopped onion and cook until it will become soft and brown
- After
that add garlic and ginger paste into It and mix well
- Cook
until garlic and ginger paste turns light brown in color then add chopped tomatoes and mix them.
- Add
little water into it and cover it until tomatoes will become soft and cook.
- Now
add all spices into it and mix them, cover
it and keep stirring during cooking.
- When
masala paste 70 percent cooked then add
boiled spinach and mix it .cook spinach(palak) high to low flame for 8 or 10 min and keep stirring until the color of spinach
will be changing.
- Now
spinach curry is ready and uses green chilies and coriander leaves for
garnishing.
- Now delicious spinach curry is ready to be served with roti.
