Special Veg Yogurt Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

Chopped cucumber | 1 cup |
Chopped cabbage | 1 cup |
Chopped carrot | 1 cup |
Chopped green chillies and coriander leaves | 1 cup |
Chopped lettuce romaine | 1 cup |
Salt | 1 tbsp. |
Red chilli flakes | 1 tbsp. |
yoghurt | 1cup |
Ghee or oil | 1 tbsp. |
Bread slices | 6 slices |
Tomato sauce | As required |
PREPARATION:
Step 1:
First, take a bowl and add all chopped vegetables, yoghurt, add salt, and red chilli flakes and mix well.
Step 2:
Take a pan and add 1 tbsp. ghee or oil for greasing the pan. Turn on the flame on low heat .make the pan hot after that put bread slices one by one and cook until they will turn colour into light brown.
Step 3:
Now swirl the tomato sauce and spread the vegetables filling on a bread slice and put other slices on it …
Step 4:
After that cut the sandwiches diagonally into two equal portions. Now serve the quick sandwich with ketchup.
