Chinese Veg Fried Rice  Recipe

Chinese veg fried rice by KITCHEN COOKING SECRETS: Today I am going to make Chinese veg fried rice in a different style. Basically, the fried rice recipe is made with an egg omelet and with finely chopped veggies (veggies are up to your choice). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: Items quantity Cabbage 1 cup chopped Capsicum 3 (different colored ½ each) Potato 1 medium size chopped Egg 2s Carrots 2 medium Peas 1 cup Tomato sauce 2 tbsp Black pepper 1 and a half tbsp. Soya sauce 1 tbsp. Salt 1 tbsp Oil 1 cup Water as required Garlic ginger paste 1tbsp Chicken stack 1s Coriander powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Rice basmati rice (boiled half kg) Method: Step 1: Boil the slices of one cup carrots and one cup green peas together for 3 minutes. Note that never over boil the veggies. After that drain them from the water. Step 2: Take a pan add oil to it. Preheat cooking oil for 1 minute after that add the different colored chopped capsicum and fry them 2 to 3 minutes until they softened. Take out the fried capsicum from the pan. Now fry one chopped potato into the same pan for three or four minutes not overcook the potato. Now take 2 eggs crack them into the same pan and fry them roughly. Step 3: Pour 2 tbsp. oil in another pan add ginger garlic paste of 1tbsp and fry for a while. Now add 1 chicken stock into it and fry on low flame. Add 2tbsp tomato sauce to it and stir .add 1tbsp coriander powder,1 tbsp. salt(keep in mind boiled rice already have salt), add 1tsp turmeric powder,1 tbsp. soya sauce mixes them well and stirs fry for 2 minutes on low flame. Make sure the sauce is combined well. Step 4: Put boiled carrots and peas into the masala and fry them for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are softened and keep crunchy flavor now it’s time to add one cup of green cabbage and mix it and fry on low flame until they cooked and maintain their crunch. Keep in mind in Chinese food the veggies are fifty to sixty percent cook not overcooked and maintain their crunchy flavor. Add a little water and cover it for 4 minutes to cook on low flame. Step5: After removing the lid add 1 and a half tbsp. black pepper at this stage, now add fried items into it and mix well fry on a medium flame for one minute. at last, add 500g boiled rice(80 percent boil) and mix them, and giving 5 minutes steam. Finally, enjoy Chinese veg fried rice. Boiling RICE: Half kg of basmati rice 1 tbsp. Oil ½ tsp salt Water for soaking (30 minutes)
